The institution complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and protects the privacy of student education records. Student records and personally identifiable information will not be disclosed to any third party without the student’s prior written consent, except as permitted by FERPA regulations. The institution maintains safeguards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of student records and limits access to authorized personnel with legitimate educational interests.
2. Purpose
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law that protects the privacy of student
education records and personally identifiable information (PII). It ensures that student information is not shared with
unauthorized third parties.
3. Core Protection Rule
As required by Aircall, carriers, and A2P 10DLC regulations, you may opt-in by:
- Submitting your number on an online form with a consent checkbox
- Signing an enrollment or intake form that includes SMS authorization
- Verbally opting in during an admissions appointment
- Texting a designated keyword such as “JOIN” or “START”
- Providing your mobile number during registration where consent is clearly stated
QuikDraw maintains records of all opt-ins.
4. What Is Protected
You may cancel or withdraw consent at any time:

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.
5. Third-Party Disclosure Rules
Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. QuikDraw is not responsible for these charges.
6. Limited Exceptions (Without Consent)
Per Aircall and U.S. carrier regulations:
- Deliverability is not guaranteed
- Carriers and Aircall are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
- We must follow anti-spam, anti-fraud, and content safety rules
- We must maintain clean consent logs and opt-out records
- Messages must be appropriate, accurate, and lawful
You agree not to misuse our messaging program.
7. Student Rights Under FERPA
To receive messages from QuikDraw, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide a valid U.S. mobile number
- Agree to receive automated or non-automated SMS/MMS communications
