Mobile Text Messaging (SMS/MMS)

By providing your mobile telephone number, you agree that QuikDraw School of Allied Health Careers, may send you text messages (SMS and/or MMS) regarding your program enrollment, training updates, customer support, and (if you opt-in) promotional offers. You understand that you are not required to provide your mobile number as a condition of purchase.

Information We Collect:

We collect your mobile phone number and may collect your name or other identifying information associated with that number, as well as metadata regarding delivery and interaction (such as timestamp, status, device type).

How We Use It:

We use your mobile number to send you messages relating to your enrollment/training programs, appointment reminders, support communications, and, if you have opted in, marketing/promotional messages. We may also analyze message delivery and engagement to help improve our services.

Third-Party Service Providers:

We use a third-party service provider (Aircall) to facilitate these text messages. They act on our behalf to transmit messages and may process data accordingly. We may share your mobile number and message metadata with them and other trusted vendors to enable the service. We do not sell or rent your mobile number to others for their promotional use.

Opting Out:

You may opt out of receiving further text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us. After you opt-out, we will stop sending messages unless you sign up again.

Data Retention & Security:

We will retain your mobile number and related data only as long as needed for the purposes described and/or as required by law. We employ reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data.

We may update this text-messaging section of our Privacy Policy from time to time. The date of last revision is November-15-2025. Your continued use of our services after a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
