SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS OF SERVICE
These SMS/Text Messaging Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the mobile messaging program (“Program”) offered by QuikDraw School of Allied Health Careers (“QuikDraw,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in our SMS program or providing your mobile number, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Description
QuikDraw uses Aircall as our SMS/MMS messaging provider to communicate with students, prospective students, and community members. By opting in, you may receive:
- Enrollment and admissions notifications
- Class schedules, reminders, and program updates
- Externship, financial, or administrative alerts
- Support messages from our staff
- Emergency notifications
- Optional promotional or marketing messages (only with separate consent)
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and your program needs.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number, you:
- Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from QuikDraw through Aircall
- Confirm you are the owner or authorized user of the number
- Understand that consent is not required as a condition of enrollment or program purchase
For promotional messages, we require explicit written or digital consent.
3. Approved Opt-In Methods
As required by Aircall, carriers, and A2P 10DLC regulations, you may opt-in by:
- Submitting your number on an online form with a consent checkbox
- Signing an enrollment or intake form that includes SMS authorization
- Verbally opting in during an admissions appointment
- Texting a designated keyword such as “JOIN” or “START”
- Providing your mobile number during registration where consent is clearly stated
QuikDraw maintains records of all opt-ins.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You may cancel or withdraw consent at any time:
- Reply “STOP” to any text message
- Email us at info@quikdrawschool.com
- Call our office at 203-529-7260
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.
5. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. QuikDraw is not responsible for these charges.
6. Carrier & Aircall Compliance
Per Aircall and U.S. carrier regulations:
- Deliverability is not guaranteed
- Carriers and Aircall are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
- We must follow anti-spam, anti-fraud, and content safety rules
- We must maintain clean consent logs and opt-out records
- Messages must be appropriate, accurate, and lawful
You agree not to misuse our messaging program.
7. Eligibility Requirements
To receive messages from QuikDraw, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide a valid U.S. mobile number
- Agree to receive automated or non-automated SMS/MMS communications
8. Program Management & Limitations
Because messages are delivered through Aircall:
- Message delays or interruptions may occur
- System outages or carrier blocks may affect delivery
- Aircall may process and store message logs
- Message history may be retained for compliance
Neither QuikDraw nor Aircall is responsible for technical failures outside our control
9. Changes to the SMS Program
- Aircall requirements
- State or federal laws
- CTIA and A2P 10DLC carrier rules
- Internal messaging policy changes
Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
II. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING PRIVACY POLICY ADDENDUM
This Privacy Addendum supplements the QuikDraw School of Allied Health Careers Privacy Policy and applies specifically to the data collected through our SMS/Text Messaging Program.
1. Information We Collect
- Mobile phone number
- First and last name
- Message content and replies
- Message delivery status and timestamps
- Device or carrier information
- Opt-in and opt-out confirmation records
This data is necessary for lawful and compliant operation of our SMS communication program.
2. How We Use SMS Data
QuikDraw uses SMS data to:
- Send program-related messages
- Deliver class reminders, scheduling alerts, or support messages
- Communicate urgent or time-sensitive information
- Send promotional/marketing messages only with your consent
- Track delivery success and maintain compliance logs
- Improve communication with prospective and enrolled students
3. Third-Party Sharing (Aircall)
Your SMS data is shared with Aircall, our messaging service provider, strictly for purposes of:
- Sending and receiving SMS/MMS messages
- Storing delivery data and communication logs
- Managing compliance with carrier and legal standards
Aircall acts as a data processor and does not own, sell, or use your SMS data outside of service delivery.
We do not sell, rent, or disclose your mobile number to outside marketers
4. Data Storage & Retention
QuikDraw and Aircall retain SMS-related data only as long as necessary to:
- Maintain compliance with messaging regulations
- Provide support to students
- Meet legal or operational requirements
Retention periods may vary, but QuikDraw does not store text message content longer than operationally needed.
5. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Request access to your SMS data
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time by replying “STOP”
- Request that your phone number be removed from all communication lists

7. International Transfers (If Applicable)
